This is the first time that I have done a course at RLabs, though I have known about the organisation for a while.

I find the facilitators to be good, helpful and caring.

They are ready to assist us and also at times leave us to our own devices.

Though the participants are at different levels, we are accommodated.

I also like the course content and most of what we covered was new to me.

I am grateful and thank Suzanne, Mareldia, Deneel and Shasha Lee

Hi all, I am Salma Richards,a parent with 3 adult children. I am told I am a chatterbox,empathetic and determined{just a bit slower}. SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
