I just missed my brother who was unable to come because he was working.

Health

Monday seniors 31 August : it was a great day at the Impact Centre everybody was joyful and excited. It was the last day of winter, the winter was fine for our seniors. We had a few of our moms and dads that were sick with flu but that could not hold them back. A group of 50 seniors attended we had devotion that was good nice singing. I did a health talk on arthritis it was informative and they were very please. Half of the group suffer from arthritis, the advice was that they had to eat the right food. Mainly veg and fruit, fish like salmon and sardines does the trick. Exercise and swimming also helps, at their age they need to take it easy with exercising. So a brisk walk everyday will work for them. We took a break and later half of the group did arts and crafts and the others played games. They loved the games on the Wii. So we have big plans for spring day its going to include a healthy breakfast.
