I cannot believe we are nearing the end of 2010, but I still have a few exciting days ahead to put the cherry on my 2010. On Saturday we thought we're having our last Mom3.0 session but instead we were treated to a lovely breakfast by our wonderful facilitators. I really enjoyed my morning. I actually feel like a little girl being very excited about the graduation on the 6 th December, but I guess I will have to wait till then. My daughter is writing her last/final exam paper of her school career on 2nd December. Then it's the matric ball which is on the 10t h December. I'm walking around with a happy, sadness in me. It wasn't easy but it all worked out in the end because of the God that we put our trust in. I thank God for the people that God has placed in my life. God does not make mistakes when he place people in our lives. Even the family he has given us serves a purpose in our lives, it might not look like it sometimes. Breakfast tables were set in the foyer,i thought..how nice, not knowing that it was meant for the moms. Class was different though,i felt it the instant i walked in..there was a quiet hush in the atmosphere and i missed the normal buzz..people were whispering as if evryone knew that something good was coming to an end.I realized that to the moms it was more than just learning new skills, it was also about sharing and interacting with one another as people do when they speak the same language. Everybody was busy with their own thing, when Rene came and called us to have breakfast.It was a nice surprise,and a very appropriate idea i thought,cos it somehow managed to change the atmosphere.The team really outdone themselves this time, they gave us exactly what we needed,i went home with a beautifull neckless and some new innovative ideas.My brain has been working overtime ever since,thank you guys. Spirits were definitely lighter as we all went our seperate ways,i was especially excited

As i entered the centre to come to my last class for Mom 3.0 for the year was i surprised to see a spread laid out for us. All the ladies did not arrive yet and we were told to go and check our mail and social networks while we wait. Monique was not here as she was sick with a sore throat but she was missed very much, it will be sad not to get up on a Saturday morning and get ready to come to class. It was a treat for me as i enjoyed having me time away from home and the kids. I will have to do all my networking from my cellphone from now or wait till work where i can go on the laptop. The ladies in the class are like family to me, we have been together for the year and it does not feel so long. Oh well we are connected on Facebook, twitter etc.. and wont loose touch. We are already talking about coming next year and are like little kids when they going to the next Grade. Hi i am uplifted attending the saturday morning classes at Moms 2.o i knew nothing but now it is so different i feel confident about myself it boosted my ego to communicate with outside world to learn get closer to people it is so wonderful to put your talents and vision out there inspiring people if any person feels hurt,depressed,lonely,feeling unworthy just want to tell you God loves you with flaws and failures look to positive side of life what can you as person do about your situation tell yourself i am special and wonderfully made in the image of God don't be moved what people think or say about you.Dont tell God about yr problem tell your problem how Big God is.. Every person have a season in their lives it wont always be winter ...summer must come your way. Hi Lesleyann, I hope you enjoyed your birthday yesterday.Through the grace of God my past week was devine. I Went to gym witch was good.I am at class,and Im very eager to learn quite a lot.we are going end off the year soon. The class mates are very inspiring. The tuters are so amazing and wonderfull.I am very imprest.

Wow, what a week i had, the tension at our workplace was so hectic everyone could feel it. We had some work colleagues that was being investigated for doing private work from home. It is friends of mine that i have worked long with and was quiet shock at this. The security officer for our company came to speak to the guys that was involved and he goes in depth right into your bank account. He apparently caught them at home in action, how embarrassing . Two of the guys was still apprentices and Meseta and the training centre became involved with the future of there stay with us. It looked as if what they done was nothing wrong and just wanted to know if they should take there stuff and go. Knowing with out a doubt that they are a benefit to the company and they would think long and hard if the decision they make would benefit the company or not. It affected the whole company because if they go the work load will be so much greater and we all will suffer.... decisions, decisions, it

Today is our second last session in these classes and i cannot believe we have come to the end of our social media classes. I am really looking forward to help out with the new learners.These classes changed my perspective about myself and next year i am going to take on some of the things that i have put aside those dreams that are long overdue. It is never too late to start somewhere even if you think your age matters here are people in this class that has done their metric and they are older than me so why not give yourself a chance in life and do the impossible.

Yesterday I spend the morning with the Impact center ladies pampering the seniors in Mannenberg . It is always so fulfilling doing something good for someone else. Looking through the crowd made me realise how privileged I am of having a mother that is still alive and also having the privilege of having her stay with me. Our seniors in our communities should be honored and uplifted because they have paved the way for us. Talking to some of them, made me feel a bit sad because of what their children and grand children put them through. It even show on some of their faces. Just to see them showing their gratitude towards the ladies that pampered them is heart warming. I want to encourage all that read this to treasure and honor your parents, if you still have them around. One thing we must remember is that we are all going to be a senior one day and what we sow today, we will surely reap in the future. yes as u read my first story its just a continuation yes its not easy its hard i mean 15 yrs its not one month and five months its a life story i could have paid my bond finish twice i cud hve been at home now ,but he always had this and that plan with my money now its like working from scratch again cos i had this lavish lifestyle ..he just milked me dry even the job i got for him i was retrenched he got paid out in the time he was gone a half million he never gave me a cent yet i was his doorway ..meaning God used me as a vessel to open doors for him .i felt so betrayed he gave his daughter last a shopping as she passed matric 2009..and it was her birthday he spoilt her jan 2010 last neva contributed towards food or anyth but i made peace with it i learnt not to complain but to thank God everyday just for life in itself i know he is lonely and he has regrets he drives up and down by my area but even that does not stir me in the least Cos God came to calm that storm so much unfinish b

Today I am blogging from a mobile phone and I am using a tough screen phone. Who says we cannot do new things with new gadgets. I really feel privileged to be part off this mom3.0 class and the fact that I am being taught all these thing. Being part of social media, allows me to be to be an individual exploring things on my own. Since starting with social media, made me less afraid of exploring the Internet .I keep on saying this but social media is coooool . I just hope for those who reads this will also start getting interested in more than what you are doing with your phone at the moment. God bless you all. 

It takes some getting use to but i am sure if i do it more often it will be like second nature. I believe you have to experience new things everyday as my friend next to me is doing right now, she is blogging from a touch screen phone.. how fancy! If we think that we are going to blog we think we need a computer or laptop but know have all that at the palm of our hands. Thinking this little thing can do all this and more. Now you just need to have Internet then you can do alot. So here is to me not having an excuse to blog.

So every one is learning blogging via their mobile phones today. So when on holiday we have quick access to our social media tools. Life is really so much easier today everything is so advance. Did you ever play the game called the Sims? this is a computer game where you can create your family life the way you would like it to be. So is the social media thing you create your profile and then take it from there i like!

What emotions would be applicable to best describe this situation that,s performing around me.To those that,s visiting,a sadness filled with gratefullness for not being part of the cast,or the performers, a sheer bliss of oblivious happiness..Mama! my mama! slurred words, uttered as I approach her,hands outstretched to hug me and a shout of glee in a quick dancing spree. What another awesome day at the mom's class. I was late for class this morning however I am not sorry that I can in. Today we learned more and Google/ Gmail . I am now able to locate my home via Google and send it to my friends for those that don't know where I live. Wow technology is amazing. I never thought that I would ever be able to communicate with anyone in the world in a different language. Guess what Google has a translate option. So now I am able to chat to anyone in the world. Another thing I am able to do is prepare some presentations, spreadsheets and other documents and I will always have access to it as it will be saved on the web. Now isn't that COOL. Thank you once again to everyone at RLabs for another day of learning. God bless you richly.

It is good to be associated to these people they give so much of themselves so unselfishly . they are a people who are so dedicated and never gets tired of what they are doing . I am so blessed to know them keep it up you guys and thank you so much for making a difffernce in my life

I am at the RLabs, seeing my house via satellite was amazing ,made me feel like a kid again standing in awe at something great,i am so amazed at tecnology.I feel absolutely reconstructed now,thanks to the selfless service of the people at the Reconstructed Lab.To think i was one of the people that was just not interested.My mindset has changed dramatically since i have been attending classes.My life has been affected in a very positive way since i have gained this knowledge.I can declare that i will never be afraid again!

I Am very Gratefull to be up and going through the Grace of God .To be at class was very interes -ting.I LEARNT quite a mighty lot.This morning at class to me was a Glorifying experience Thanx to our TUTORS. BLESS YOU ALL.

As the mom3.0 classes are coming to an end, there is still a little more that we can learn before we have to venture out on our own. Every body shared about their excitement after listening to Marlon Parker last week. Some ladies in the class even went out and started their own Blogs and I am so excited for them. Today we were exploring all the interesting features that Gmail has to offer. We could put important dates on the calendar, translate a text in another language, we viewed the map on the web, and people got excited to view their home address and even see there actual house. There are many more that can be done with Internet, whether it be on a computer or on a mobile phone, anything is possible if you set your mind to it. We all need to encourage and be encouraged in order for us to reach our goals in life.

Today we learn many things we can so with our G-mail account, there are different links attached to it. Our whole class was having fun finding our houses on the web and there were great laughter in the class as the photo was not recent but some was caught outside the house. Is nothing sacred no more, every session i am more in awe at what i learn. The calender is a good tool for events, the invitation by hand is old technology as everyone i know has an e-mail. The other link that was fun is how to translate from another language to English and visa verse. Now you can have a conversation with someone and you will understand what he or she says. You can even email and change it to there language before sending it. The wonders of Technology, thank you techno geeks!!
