Most of you don't think of yourselves as Super Heroes, but when you look at what you take on and the pace of our lives, maybe you should. When you're carrying a full load, flying from one thing to another, it's hard to put the load down. Sometimes, it can even feel impossible. The weight of that load then leads to other things that simply add to the burden...not enough rest, too much coffee, too many fast food meals, too many nights of working an extra hour or two to get ready for the next day. When and how do we get a much needed break? Put away the cape with the big red S that you probably embroidered yourself and be very, very still.When you accepted Christ into your life, your aim was to become more like Him and to have more of Him in your day-to-day tasks. This week was extremely challenging but good for me. I completed a 5 day debt counselling course at Damelin today. I had the oppurtunity to meet and chat with directors of companies. The best part of it all was that i was able to encourage another young lady who has given up on her marriage because her husband is on drugs. So God just opened up the oppurtunity for me to share my testimony of how God had restored my marriage. I could look her in the eye and boldly say that what God has done for us He can do for them. Ladies whatever challenges you are faced with in your marriage dont give up cause God hasn't given up on you. God Bless

I am so blessed because God has added a baby girl to my family. Im a mother of a s on and two daughters and they have very good partners i have 5 grandchildren between them . I Love spending time with them God knows how much we need family so that we don't feel alone my family is such a blessing to me.

I had an exciting week and need a good rest. It was the last week of our seniors`s and our aftercare kid programs . It was fulfilling to see the joy and thankfulness on the childrens faces. What really stood out for me was when they thanked the guy who encouraged them for the year.The kids were prayed for, had a party and received a gift to take home. The seniors lunch went well and on my way out of the restuarant I had a fall and had to be helped up. I dont think I had the energy to jump up.

my friend lynette got marrieed on sunday 23november.on wednesday20th she was let down by the person who was going to bake her wedding cake.ithen decided i would do it for her with the help of my sister beryl and this is the result.

Hi Maryan its Taryns birthday 2 day she is 14 I thank God this morning for the strenght and wisdom for taking care of her and her brothers Lee and Dale imagine with me since birth now that they are grown up I thought they would go there mother they told me if I send them to there mother they will run away how sad they are all my children now and the latest addition Meeka 7months very cute!

This whole week was really intense as regards our commitments at the Impact centre.As we are approaching our end of term,end of year,so many functions ie our seniors outings.theyear is drawing to a close but not the end.The seniors were treated to a luncheon at Ashleys restaurant ,100 of them.and the bill was footed by Impact direct ministries. We all had a really goodday.

On thursday evening my granddaughter, Keesha, 13 years old, had her prom. She looked really beautiful She had her father pacing the floor waiting for her to phone him to pick her up. She eventually phoned at 10.30pm, with him sighing with relief. She had a great time!

On Wednesday my son in law Denzil came home from P.E which meant i could come home.I was happy to come and spend time with Brent my son because praise GOD it was his second year of being saved and set free from drugs.I give GOD all the GLORY and the HONOUR.

A father wanted to carry a big table.He could have done it on his own,but asked his five-year old son to help him.The son carried 5% of the weight,while his dad carried 95%.The boy felt really special ,because he and his dad did it together.God can change this world all by himself,but he has lovingly decided to do it with his children 2 Corinthians6:1 As God's fellow workers we urge you not to receive God's grace in vain

Hi there ladies I missed you but I know that you were praying for me. I had to take my mother to hospital on Tuesday and Wednesday. she had her cataract remove. Every thing worked out well praise God, my mother is doing well. I am fine and am going to suprise my son on his birthday. I think I am going to invite his friends for lunch.

The past week has been fantastic, having my four granddaughters with me and spending quality time with them. My daughter who got married the week before came back from her honeymoon and we had a great time watching the videos and photos.

Hi everyone. I am realy excited to be sharing this news. Next week I'll be doing a debt counsellors course at Damelin. I believe it is hectic cause the pass mark is 90%. Please pray for me as i am going to need all the wisdom and knowledge.

This past week has been very Spiritually challenging. Whatever we tried to acquire through having weekly fasting sessions. and abundance of prayers God came through for us mom 2.o

For the past 4 weeks ive been working 7 days a week very hectic took the day off to relax .

joy from loved ones can be a very simple and very powerful encourager. recognise the joy those who love you are holding out to you and think of how you can be a spirit lifter to someone else.

As women our lives revolve around our kids, our husbands, cooking, cleaning, washing, homework etc. and sometimes it can become overwhelming. Overwhelming to the point where it realy tires you out which results in you becoming moody and miserable. And we all know that as a mother and a wife you have to keep the bright side up. My suggestion to all women is to have a "moms day off". Even if it is once a month you'll feel and see the difference. Take the day off to relax or just to chill with your friends. Being a well rested mom will definitely make you want to be a better mom.

Only want to let you know that I`m doing quite well in my technical training. Thanks to my instructor for having so much patience.

hi everyone so good to be speaking to u again,after such a hectic week,I had some time out for a few days it was wonderful just being at home and spending time with people I havnt seen for a long time.

This week has been an exciting week for me. I went on a two day training course this week and it was not difficult but challenging. I had the opportunity to interact with other debt counsellors that are now starting out even though i am not a registered debt counsellor. Or shall i say not yet. I have been given the opportunity to do the debt counselling course which is starting on November 25 Th . So I feel that as women/moms we need to empower ourselves so that we can help others out there.

Throughout this week God has been ministering to me about love. In John 13:34 God says "Love one another as i have loved you". We are all human and nobody is perfect. So if you see somebody is having a bad day instead of avoiding them why not go over and give them a hug and remind them that Jesus loves them no matter what they are facing.....

this week was an awesome one. I met my son whom I havent seen for a year.What an experience even though we could only look at each other. God has really been faithfull to me He answered my prayers.To see my son looking so good, no drugs or any other substances.This was my week all about thanking God for this breakthrough.

hi my week so far was very well by the grace of God. God really led me through a wonderful week of ups and down.He really is a God of mercy and grace. I only can say that I canbe grateful for my life so far.

The highlight of my week started on Sunday with Extreme 365 Praise and Worship. Was still into praise and worship on Monday with my grandchild Daniel 1year 6months when he lifted both his hands, he saw me doing it and copied. It made me feel excited, and feel blessed that he recongnised me worshipping God.

My week was busy i was counseling some people and spent some time with my grandchildren and daughter.I rested after a weekend camp with some ladies where God meet with us in a very special way setting us free from brokenness in our lives ,bitterness is a stronghold that binds us to our past and we can only be free when we allow God and Friday is my mom 2.0 lesson.

this week was a very adventurous and exciting as many people connected with me regarding personal issues and also advice, wonderful results emerged from my invovelment with them. i also experienced GODS favour was the highlight of my week.

On Sunday 2nd of Novemeber Allida and I wen to Ottery for the Hillsongs Praise and Worship. We both really wanted to go but we didn't have means of transport to get there, so we prayed together for God to get us there. We went to a mans house and he said that he would take us with no worries and he went with. We need to remember how we need to trust God and he will provide for us. If your hungry for God then he will make a way. This is just how hungry for God i am.

Hi everyone Im too excited to even think straight today.So many spiriual happenings transpired in my life this past week.We a group of ladies at Impact Direct Ministries went on a Deliverance camp after doing the theory part of the course.Did we encounter the presence of God ? His awesomeness was beyond our comprehend.This whole week we were on a real spiritual high.So you out there/ know that its so worthy to serve our Living God.
