Why does such a simple,but so powerful a word, make or break the human race...CHANGE All the promises of good and bad, this CHANGE holds in, is phenomenal.So many sayingS, allows the speaker to give hope whether consoling themselves or others We want to CHANGE our birth image, like so many of the rich and famous, by seeking cosmetic surgery.Many a times, we hear those who dont serve the Lord, proclaim, that they will oneday CHANGE if only....

Imagine,having to learn to write,walk,remember,eat,cook,dress and just about everything we teach a toddler to do, well it took me 16 long,trying and very difficult years to become the person I am today! SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
