the winter cold

its winter in our country and man o man is it cold i dont think i have ever encountered such coldness in my entire life the snow is beautifull but its affecting our farms in a not so good way im a thinking of all the farmers my heart goes out to them and their families and their workers. in our country and how the snow is affecting the crops and how the prices of our daily food will be increasing as the cost of living is not expensivve enough.

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
