While out on our walk last week, we passed a field on which a lot of garbage had been dumped. The sight was very disturbing.The City has provided many places where rubbish can be off-loaded. Then there are the trucks which collect the rubbish.Therefore there is no reason for these awful blemishes in our communities .
We have to take responsibility for the way we are treating our environment. The only way forward would be to teach our younger generation a love for nature. Maybe they will be able to influence their elders.We must be good stewards of the earth in which we live.
