On Monday morning I was sitting in the waiting room in Silvertown
clinic and hearing a conversation between a few mothers and a
grandmother about how children can break your heart
They were talking about the joy of parenthood how the first day you see your child for the first time and how that child overwhelms you.
The pre school years the journey of seeing the child first step, first word, first time going to school and how that was a breeze comparing to the time of high school ,when peer pressure gets to much and they start to change especially when there is an absent father .their attitudes change, they start coming in late and they start doing drugs as the grandmother confesses her grandchild is doing.
I was listening to them and in my view the only solution we as pare
