Alcohol abuse is one of the main causes of family break-ups.In most cases people use alcohol to escape from their problems.
We have to let people with the same alcohol abuse problem share their stories with each other and open up to each other.People that have been in a situation like that must tell his or her story and give advice on how to deal with the problem.This is one of the first steps to help people deal with alcohol abuse.

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
