opportunities to uplift the community

Hi i am from bridgetown.I actually grew up in this area and i am still living there.I must say there has been so much improvement in uplifting the community.My passion is children and the youth and i would like to see more done for them for they are the future and the leaders of tomorrow.So many children to a great extent are left to there own devices and they get caught up in wrong situation maybe because there is no adult around to steer them in the right direction.Sometimes yes it is circumstances maybe a single parent have to work and can't have eyes everywhere or there is absent father so the child has no role model.The children are now moulded in there environment and the only way they know how to have fun is to do it with substance abuse whether it be alcohol or drugs.Some children don't even know what a game arcade look like or has never been to the zoo or a farm and it does not have to be about money to have fun and games with them there is so many ways that they enjoy entertainment.I would definitely invest in that area in our community with time and resources for the need is great.
