Solving Problems in my Community

The problem in my community is that children going to High School feel that they do not need to finish their education and end up sitting on street corners.

People maybe youngsters that have just finished their education could give talks to children that have just finished grade seven.That is the time that they need the most guidance.I feel that that is the time that they are the most vulnerable.

That is a big problem for our youngsters as there is no future without education.

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
