PEACE to all those who are blogging. Hope you are all well.Have you those around you a hug today? Have you told your loved ones you Love them ? What are you waiting for go ahead and do so.Just feel the love you will get back. To all those mums who tired ,Make time for yourself, even if it is just for a few minutes.There did the world come to and end in those few minutes.The last thing mums think about is themselves.A  mother's love is unselfish.But you need to make time for yourselves.Even cell phones have to be recharged.When you have recharged you will so much more energy to tackle the tasks ahead.Hope you are listening .Have a wonderful day.Thinking of you and all the grannies too.Keep well and take good care of yourselves.

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
