close  your eyes and pretend you are hiding and open again, this teaches the child that things are not permanent.Teach the rhymes with actions and watch their faces.As the months go by say words e.g daddy or mummy.When they are ready to crawl ,put a colorful object in front of them and watch try to reach it.I watched my grandchild when she started to walk,how she figured out how to move around the obstacles to get out of the room.It gave me such joy to see how the almighty has created a brain to figure out how to solve a problem at such a tender age.Wow Thank The Almighty for all his Blessing may he never take it away from us.Till we speak again God willing keep well and safe.

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
