Twitter is a social and micro blogging service that enable users to send and read tweets or as we know it "text messages" that is limited to a 140 characters.Registered users can read and post tweets where as unregistered users can only read them.Twitter is now one of the ten most visited websites and is described as the SMS of the internet.As from September 2013 data showed 200 users send over 400 million tweets daily 60% of which is sent via mobile devices.

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
