Believe in yourself

I just realise and this is my second year with RLabs that there is so more to me  than i can imagine.I have started to look at myself in a whole different way  and know there is more inside of me and its ready to come out. I feel more boldly to do things even knowing that when i make a mistake i will learn from it , but will not let it hold me back to achieve what i know i can.It took a long time for me to really come to this point to believe in myself,but i realise every test that i went through was my testimony to encourage somebody else that is feeling the same than i used to.So there is no more looking back like the songs says I'm coming out and i want the world to know and i am gonna let it show. Thank you RLabs for believing in so many woman as myself i salute you mhaw.

Hi all, I am Salma Richards,a parent with 3 adult children. I am told I am a chatterbox,empathetic and determined{just a bit slower}. SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
