Its been three Saturdays now since i have been attending the Moms 7.0 classes at.rlabs.All that i can say is that i have learnt so much in this short time.Besides all the information that i have gained i have meet the most amazing tutors.They are all so patient with us ,never giving up when we did now what to do.                                                                                                                                                                                    
I have also made more friends here.My life has been changed for the good because i now know how to gain acsess to the internet.Life is so rushed but when you enter this place the atmosphere is so relaxed  u just feel so much better.I have so much gratitude in my heart towards all the leaders of this place and i just want to say thank you.May u grow from strength to strength

Hi all, I am Salma Richards,a parent with 3 adult children. I am told I am a chatterbox,empathetic and determined{just a bit slower}. My interests are reading,gardening,home crafts and the outdoors.It took an accident that happened 16 years ago to make me realize that the choices we make will determine the quality of life we will lead.It was, and is a long, hard road to get to where I am today. Imagine,having to learn to write,walk,remember,eat,cook,dress and just about everything we teach a toddler to do, well it took me 16 long,trying and very difficult years to become the person I am today! SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
