The  reason why Rlabs I have a dream of bringing change in my community ,I tried many avenue studying an getting myself equipped to impact others ,its.seemed impossible ,but then I discovered Rlabs .I've seen people lives changed that was once a hopeless case .but the type of character that I see now made me more determined to get into the space so , I could also be empowered and help
bring out the real value and potential in the person.

My first day I left feeling valued .the facilitators attitude is one of you are important ,the patience and sincerity in their approach with everyone ,makes you confident of being you and motivated to no matter what you can approach.

Hi all, I am Salma Richards,a parent with 3 adult children. I am told I am a chatterbox,empathetic and determined{just a bit slower}. My interests are reading,gardening,home crafts and the outdoors.It took an accident that happened 16 years ago to make me realize that the choices we make will determine the quality of life we will lead.It was, and is a long, hard road to get to where I am today. SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
