My Journey

My name is Bonnie Davids and i am 41 years old.I have always had the tendency to isolate myself.Thinking that the world is my oyster and not knowing how many good people there is out there.

I have come to realize that being quiet,serious and to independent is not doing me any good.I came up with an idea to challenge myself and its working.I am embracing life on a level that i never knew exited.The feeling is so amazing.I am in awe every single second that God is sparing me.My journey this far has had it's lows and highs but it's really worth it.

I feel better about myself.Knowing that i can open my eyes every morning.

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
