The benefits of exercise

Hi to everyone out there. My name is Amina and I'm from South Africa.

I love keeping fit on a weekly basis.   Walking is good as it keep me fit and healthy. Its good for the bones and help keep us flexible. Help us relax, clear our mind and relieves stress. When walking we do not spend any money as its free. We get lots of fresh air, meet people and get new perspective on life. And you will feel amazing after your walk.
Walking is a very good exercise to keep fit.
I would encourage people to go outside and get walking.

My goal is to be fit and do a 5-10 race. So lets get out,get fresh air and keep wking.
