Finding out about Rlabs was the greatest moment for me.
No more sleeping late on a saturday... instead re-awakening my
dormant brain!   I found out about Rlabs through my daughter"s friend.
I was very excited, also located quite close to where i live, i was pleasantly
surprised at the lovely,peaceful garden and the super friendly facilitators and
everyone associated with rlabs.
The teabreak was another surprise, as i was so excited, i had forgotten to
have breakfast!
I have done numerous classes since November 2018,and have inspired many others
to join Rlabs, especially when they were in a dead end job or
were unemployed because of no
funds to do any tertiary education.
Im happy to  have this opportunity to attend these Saturday classes
I feel part of Rlabs family!

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
