This is one lady that I havent yet befriended too long as she is quite new to the group at Impact Centre.She has such a special quality about her which immediately drew my attention to her,not that she was aware of my inquisitive mind.

Im sure she is at the centre for approximately two months and during this time she has taken charge of all the kitchen duties to the fullest.As this area is by no means my strong point,Im very happy that she loves cooking and all the other strings attached to the kitchen.

She has created the most delicious dishes thusfar and very well received by the boys at Impact Centre.

Hope we shall have a very long relationship.

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
