My very first time

I would like to inform you that my very first time was exciting and enjoyable i will never forget it, although I was afraid to get started it looked so hectic in the beginning, but eventually I just took myself and give a kick start... And boy O boy, I am tell you, did i enjoy it. I thank the people that got me started on this.

So i advice anyone get yourself down at the RLab in Bridgetown and start BLOGGING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
