Good morning world it is such an awesome day in Cape Town today and we are sitting in a class Mom3.0 where we are empowering ourselves how to become technology wise. Praises unto God and the RLab team for this wonderful priviledge to extent our braincells to things that I dont use everyday. To those seniors out there dont let oppertunities like these pass u by get on the bus and get wise technology is here to stay and we will be lacked behind.

How do you feel about learning new things in life, scary at first but when you have the Lord and a wonderful team like RLabs you have confidence to start using this wonderful medium in communication. The other plus is meeting new people young and old that add to the spice of life.

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
