Rlabs My experience

Wow ,what an experience to be in the mom4.0 class! This is really a good thing for me as a woman to be part of this new technology, empowering myself . The first time mom 2.0 started i wanted to sign up for the class , however is wasn't the right time. I feel like this is the right time, because, not only am i learning how to get acquainted with technology, but also making new friends, how to relate to people who are younger than myself ,who are in authority and how to respect them. I thank God for allowing me to be part of this class. This is so much fun ,not only am i learning new things.I take home what I've learned in class and teach my husband and children how to go deeper in technology. My husband and children always had to teach me, but now they are amaze at the things I know from only a few classes here at the Rlabs.

This class has taught me that I do so much more. I told my friend, I wont miss out on this class even if I'm sick............

Hi all, I am Salma Richards,a parent with 3 adult children. I am told I am a chatterbox,empathetic and determined{just a bit slower}. My interests are reading,gardening,home crafts and the outdoors.It took an accident that happened 16 years ago to make me realize that the choices we make will determine the quality of life we will lead.It was, and is a long, hard road to get to where I am today. Imagine,having to learn to write,walk,remember,eat,cook,dress and just about everything we teach a toddler to do, well it took me 16 long,trying and very difficult years to become the person I am today! I have now realized it's my Creators mercy at giving me a real second chance at life .I now try not to offend  people and also to be more tolerant because my family and friends had the patience to guide and teach me simple things that you would take for granted.Thank you once again to RLabs facilitators and all who in the past and present taught,helped and guided me.MWAH.

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
