speed dating

last week at R Labs we did speed dating.It was very interesting and fun getting to know the ladies.a few of the women i met were Michelle who described herself as free young and single and who loves helping others.I also met Joey Michael who is interested in crafting especially cross stitching and enjoys line dancing.Charmaine is a mother of 5 and is a florist she is also a facilitator at Rlabs so if you would like to view her floral creations visit her on facebook at charming flowers and like her page.It was great fun getting to know these and all the other ladies I hope we have many more interesting experiences together.

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
