The best roasted leg of lamb


My favourite meal is roasted leg of lamb.  There is only one way of doing this to perfection.   First you have to salt and pepper the meat.  Make a few slits in the leg  of lamb.  Then you add a  little olive oil in the pot and heat the pot.   Put the leg in the pot and brown it all round.   When it is browned, take the lamb out of the pot and slice the leg into thin slices. and return to the pot.  Add a little water and steam till it is nice and soft.
