Twitter is an online social networking service.The service enables the user to send and read text messages with 140 characters known as "tweets". It is world-wide and had over 500 Million registered users in 2012. The first Twitter prototype was used as an internal service for Odeo employers and the full version was introduced publicly on 15 July  2006. Twitter is internationally identifiable by its bird logo. There are numerous tools for adding content, and conversation including Twitvid (video,sharing).

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
