my name is Sophia fritz a business women of profession coming from a poor community where poverty is in the 90% in this communityi have started a small business 10 years ago in the community we i got a contract from government wee thy ask me to do a community project to uplift women in the area i have started this project with 10 women an after 10 years the project is still going strong an i have also started some other project we women is empowered by the ongoing mentoring and support from all government sectors

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
