Small steps

Hi guys

I just want to say that iam greatful to be here for a nother beautiful journey in my life. I thought my life is over and done worth wen i got a divorce.A single mom with two handsome boys and they are my world i thanx god for them. Sometimes i didnt know where iam where iam going. But one day my sister told me about rlabs and told me about the wonderful programs they have. So i sighn up and i didnt regrete that i did. I did learn so much for the short time i am here.

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
