I am thankful and grateful to rlabs for the opportunity they giving me to learn to use a computer.The facilitator's are all very patient,friendly and helpful.I enjoy being at the class every Saturday mornings.             The women attending the class are also friendly and make me laugh when i some times struggle while typing.
Today I'm feeling so much better after Faghmieda one of the ladies in the class encouraged me to attend a meeting with her.Saturday the15th March was really the turning point in my life when i went with her and listened to women sharing their experience how God wants us to know firstly He loves us and He has a plan for each and everyone one of us.We are all Women of purpose.If i did not attend rlabs i would not have had the chance to have met such extraordinary women....watch this space for more news about rlabs.

Hi all, I am Salma Richards,a parent with 3 adult children. I am told I am a chatterbox,empathetic and determined{just a bit slower}. SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
