The first day at R labs was very good .I learn a lot at R labs that I did not now of  and I glad my sister told me about R labs.My sister is my hero. I who'd like to thank her for inspired me to come to R labs thank you Veronica u are the boom .I told my friends at work about R labs now they also want too come to R labs.
 
Thank you R labs team for what u are doing for us

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
