MY LIFE JOURNEY

Hi, my name is Yolanda Spannenberg mother of two boys from Valhalla Park.
The most exciting time in my life was when i was introduce to rlabs.mom7.0. I feel more focused and goal orientated.

It is exciting being around women, moms we exchange recipes give each other advice and we socialize. It is great being here , being away from home and enjoying new chalenges. It is like my mom use to say ' you reap what you sow'.

Now it is week three i do not want the time to end. So i must shout the word out give me more. My children cannot make fun of me anymore. I think i can show them a thing or two. 

There is so much i want to share of all my experiences but watch the space......

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
