My selfcare journey
After a very productive life of childcare and community development' retirement seem such a daunting challenge to me.I soon realised it was part of my longterm planning of lifelong learning.
It was my turn to make some informed choices based on my physical' emotional; spiritual and social needs.I did not have to become a fultime housekeeper like my grandmother.
Adventure was the way to go.Exploring the many stories in our community resources I absolutely enjoy fun of bi-weekly walks from Athlone to RondeboschCommon with agroup of walking enthusiasts.
