RLABS MOMS 7.0

Hello my name is Samantha Keys im 37 years old, married and have 3 children.

I started the Rlabs Moms 7.0 the 16th of August 2014.
Its a four weeks course and very interresting programme. The first week of my programme we introduce
ourself. We also had pampering session where we had to do our nails. Also sign up gmail account and i now
have my own email account which is so cool.

This is my 3rd week and we do BLOGGING. Blogging is just so interresting, and next week is our last
programme. To all the facillitators thanx alot very helpfull always nice always a smile on their faces and makes me feel good.

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
