Lauren's journey at rlabs

I'm a single mother of two beautiful little girls,i am unemployed and devote all of my time to my kids,I heard about Rlabs by a aunt of mine.The three weeks i have been with Rlabs is amazing,the people I have met are amazing.

I have experienced a difficult journey,I battled with a seven year drug addiction,and i am proud two say that I won the battle,I will be clean for three years in November 2015.My short term goals are to obtain my matric certificate an find a good job to provide for my family.My storm is over,
now I am just riding the waves.

Hi all, I am Salma Richards,a parent with 3 adult children. I am told I am a chatterbox,empathetic and determined{just a bit slower}. SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
