im a grandmother who enjoyed taking the granchildren to playschool and then collect
now they are grown up and driving  so i miss all that whitch makes me lazy at times
i do walks mornings toand thats it

i came to r labs to learn and improve my knowledge about omputer skills
and be more advanced im enjoying this but not yet improved myself so think
i can get a smart phone

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
