My last day in Moms 9.0

Today is my last session of Moms 9.0 at Rlabs , so I am feeling a bit sad that our session coming to an end , yet very excited to be here as always feeling a 9.

Our check in was very interesting and fun this morning got to know things we had in common with someone you not really familiar with. I am so overwhelmed with the loads of information I received at RLabs and feeling proud myself.

As for the facilitators thank you all for your patience and assistance you all fun to be around and so amazing , remain awesome.

I am so looking forward to signing up for the Geeky Moms session next quarter.

SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
