My RLabs Moms Experience Journey

Hi there my name is Carol

My journey with RLabs has been such a great experience,I have learnt so much over the past 3weeks.
It is with great pleasure to take back to the community what i have learnt as there are so many kids out there roaming the streets with all the wrong doings.I think if they could all get to know about RLabs it will be such an investment for their future.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the facilitators at RLabs for the work they are doing
and the patients they have for each and everyone.

Hi all, I am Salma Richards,a parent with 3 adult children. I am told I am a chatterbox,empathetic and determined{just a bit slower}. My interests are reading,gardening,home crafts and the outdoors.It took an accident that happened 16 years ago to make me realize that the choices we make will determine the quality of life we will lead.It was, and is a long, hard road to get to where I am today. SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
