My RLabs Moms Experience Journey

Hi There my names Terusha Govender.I am 38 years old years old.I am from Cape Town
The mother city, I am a sweet,friendly,fun loving lady.My hobbies are meeting new
people,yoga,spendng Quality time with my son ,playing with my two dogs Lexie
and Samy.I enjoyed meeting a variety of ladies all from different cultures, who
all have their  own the story to share which is enriching and powerful it has really opened my
mind and has allowed me to see life really differently.I like to thank RYlabs for giving me the
opportunity to be apart of The Moms class the has been tears laughter friendships made
every weekend was a new journey coming to class has enrich my mind my heart and my life
i am sad about leaving class but i will take all the wonderful memories with me.

Hi all, I am Salma Richards,a parent with 3 adult children. I am told I am a chatterbox,empathetic and determined{just a bit slower}. My interests are reading,gardening,home crafts and the outdoors.It took an accident that happened 16 years ago to make me realize that the choices we make will determine the quality of life we will lead.It was, and is a long, hard road to get to where I am today. SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
