Hi there I'm Helen,

I am 52 years old .I stayed in Kewtown before i got married .I am married for 27 years i have 2 sons
Bradley and Lucian.Now I'm staying in Mitchells Plain for 27 years.I worked in retail at the age of 15 years old.Now I'm not working any more,sins I'm at home i did gardening ,went to a craft class ,sewing class,cooking for my family doing house work.
During the week i also go to morning prayer meetings and sunday afternoon we do  out reach in Bellville giving food to those staing on the street .
Today i can see myself be more positive .

Hi all, I am Salma Richards,a parent with 3 adult children. I am told I am a chatterbox,empathetic and determined{just a bit slower}. My interests are reading,gardening,home crafts and the outdoors.It took an accident that happened 16 years ago to make me realize that the choices we make will determine the quality of life we will lead.It was, and is a long, hard road to get to where I am today. SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
