My Happy Story

My name is Yasnina I joined  Rlabs to learn and have fun which is  exactly what is happening. I was diagnosed with diabetes 20 years ago. I did not allow this to destroy my life, i simply changed my life style.
Two years ago I started a small business named Mangosteen juice. I was motivated to start this healthy drink business because it served to improve my condition. After 20 years I look at Diabetes in a completely different light, I can fight it, I have fought it, Thanks to the Almighty.

Hi all, I am Salma Richards,a parent with 3 adult children. I am told I am a chatterbox,empathetic and determined{just a bit slower}. SENIORS OUTING

Good afternoon world on a lighter note,on wednesday we took our seniors around the peninsula.Our first stop was Sea Point opposite the SABC offices. Where our seniors enjoyed a snack.thereafter we went to Hout Bay where they stretched a bit.Some of our seniors interacted with the coons.Our aunty Ellen,Vicky Jonck and Freda Davids enjoyed dancing with the coons.We then went back to Maidens Cove where we served them lunch.After lunch we served them fruit and some doughnuts and juice.We then boarded the busses at 3.05 and was taken on the beach road for some more sightseeing.when we got back to the centre,our seniors were all handed a gift before they went to their respective homes.What an awesome experience.
