It  feels  like  ages  not  exercising ,but  it  was  only  for  2  months.Not  doing  any  exercises  feels  like     i  missed  out  years  of  doing  nothing.My  body  is  screaming  for  help . I  know  what  i  need  to  do  and  Monday  start  drinking  lots  of  water  everyday  and  eating  healthy.Winter  was  difficult    to  keep  in  shape as  i  was  tempted  with  bread  and  struggled  to  stay  away from  junk  foods. A new world opened in my life to see so many positive young people willing to help and assist the matured ladies. This 3 weeks opened my eyes to so many things in the computer world.. The first day at R labs was very good .I learn a lot at R labs that I did not now of  and I glad my sister told me about R labs.My sister is my hero. I who'd like to thank her for inspired me to come to R labs thank you Veronica u are the boom .I told my friends at work about R labs now they also want too come to R labs.   Thank you R labs team for what u are doing for us   My God bless u guys a lot

My name is Michelle Esau, mother of four wife to a husband employed and an asset to my family.       But what I lack is myself .  Eager to learn computers  I was   recommended to R Labs.  By entering   a whole new door opened  up and I  saw this  writing in front of me 'Grabbing Opportunities'  Feeling relaxed learning ;making mistakes time after time I felt very important as I was helped with a smile.    Can't wait for Saturday mornings to head off and get the attention I sometimes lack with myself.

From the first day we started this programme i have been inspired. It just creates an enviroment where woman are empowered to make a difference in their daily lives by making use of the Social Media out there. The academy made me feel so much beter about myself in every way possible it just showed me a side of myself that i never thought in a million years i had in me. Very greatfull to the Rlabs Academy for offering me a programme that deepened my understanding to a Computer and the Social Media.
