Hi guys I am Jennifer better know as Jenny, I am so grateful to the Almighty for carrying me through. There was a time in my life I thought I would not make it but God use His holy spirit to minister to me and by faith I made it through. I become a born again christen and the good Lord provide to me in every way.

  growing up without a father at the age of 18mnth's old wasn't easy,and a sickly mom life seem'd tough,but believing in the Almighty and putting your trust in Him kept me going.life is about excepting what has been ordained for u?I am now a mom with 3 kid's a loving husband, a life filled with happiness and surrounded with loving family and friends.my journey through life was a challenge and a great test!i'm still living each day with lots of hope and dreams and great expectations!!!having Rlabs in my life!!!!

more than twenty years ago my sister became ill.at the time she was thirteen years old.for three months she was in a coma.when she finally came out of coma she was completely different.her arms and legs was completely curled up.she could not walk and talk,she could not eat.she was like a vegetable.after that she was for almost a year in hospital.doctors almost gave up.she  was discharged from  hospital.we the family took care of her.it was very difficult for my mom and the whole family.we had to do everything for her.today she is still the same but lots of improvement.there were so many sacrifices.it taught us so much about patience.people use to tell my mom place to place my sister in a home.she always use to say :i only place my trust  in god.today my mom is almost seventy years old still looking after my sister who is 35 yrs old.this experience has taught us alot about patience and believing in god.

. I am Denise Keith during old dispensation we use to live in Goodwood. We where forcefully removed and placed in Hanover Park. Live was not easy to start from scratch .We were struggling and infrastructure

I love to be with children and they are my friends. I am teaching them at the Sunday school what God expected from us and there are a few of them who does not want to go home when they have to go. I only teaching the grade R and one. They love to colour the pictures in and the story that I tell them. They also love to play games.

I have Faith in everthing i do;my name is Kutaza i grow in Eastern Cape;my father was an alcohlic always betting up my mom.I never finished my grade12.I started working at a young age in 1992 up to 2011 then i lost my job at an age of 39 that didn't stop me;last year i started my matric i wrote my exams in June...then i passed because i have Faith in my self and now i'm at Rlabs empowering myself

Hi my name is jolene. Life isnt always easy. As you go along on lifes journey you must always have hope. It doesnt matter what life throughs at you, you must always have faith.Remember God will never through something at us that we cant handle.Im current living with people that are usindr  drugs but im determine to .get out im been blessed with awonderful husband and family.Thanks God for all my blessings.

Faith come by hearing the word of God!   Trust God to come through for you. Believe Him even though you got no money to travel he will send someone with money to bring it to you because you ask Him in Faith. Have in faith in your creator.                                                                

first i want to thank god that he carry me true every week at Rlabs .this makes me to feel that i have this hope to come and learn to empower myself. i want this hope to grow.so that we all can be part of this great movement.i'm greatful for my children.i want to learn so that i can learn them as well.they say change starts by you.thats way i want to be the change.and Rlabs helps me to change.i am sooooo thankful.

Hope is a word that's often doubted by the situations we find ourselves in and obstacles that may arise as we venture in life in,with the right attitude,positive people anything is possible it all depends on you!!!I was one of those people but no matter what life throws your way grasp it with both hands and be grateful for what and who you have in your life and never forget who makes everything possible all thanks to our creator.

I am Rene  my life of hope .When  i  was little my  dream is to help people.As i grew older life change.My father died i had to live my grandparents.I drop out of school and go work.There was a lack of  finance.Now it has change again when RLABS  gave me appotunity and from there it well go on. I am so grateful.

I am a tour guide I just want two tell you about Cape Town and what you can see. well there is the table mountain with the cable cars that you can get two the top. there ia also walking trails that you can use. We also have the beaches where you can sun tan. We got day tours and half day tours. I the day tours we go two Simons Town two see the penguins then two cape point where you see the big oceans after that we head off two CAMPS BAY .

Today I thank God for being alive and healthy and im  also being grateful for my lovely little family that I have.Life teachers us allot of things but at the end of the day its going to be me and only me living out and acting out my gratitude towards my life no one can do it for me.So I am thankful for the little that i have in life and the big that I am getting along the FUTURE......

I am so happy to be me today.Healthy,and just full of life.Hi I am Shaheeda Jonkers a proud mother of two boys.I woke up this morning so totally content with who i am,where i am in my life. I just feel blessed and gratefull that i found the space to be myself,and see that there is more to life than just being a wife and mother.

I have a family of three and they are boys whom i love very much then two of them got married and made me the proudest Grand ma,I am now a rich in love granny of four beautiful girls which i never had and a loveable grand son who is the only boy amungs them,wich means my mother of eighty six is also a Great grand ma and very happy with them,We thank the lord and is always greatfull .Thank you.

This was another wonderful week of discovery and enlightenment.. I was lamenting on the fact that this world had become such a selfish place to live in and that everyone was just involved in their own self interests and did not care for each other any more.. Well as it happens, I'm also one of those selfish people.. I was looking for sympathy and attention and wanted all focus to be shifted to me.. I sent a message to a good friend of mine in which I communicated this feeling in no uncertain terms.... "I'm tired of thinking of others and putting other people's needs before my own", I said. "Just for today, it's going to be all about ME. I'm going to be as selfish as everyone else and just think about MYSELF". Well..... I started thinking,,, that is why the world is the way it is. Hi . My name is Elizabeth Kloppers. I was a teacher at primary and high school for many years. I went on early retirement when n the department of education closed all the small teacher training colleges and  since Wesley Teacher training college in Salt River was one , of them I stopped working. Presently I enjoy life at home. I am passionate about flowers. Gardening is my favourite hobby. I am still in touch with education at primary school level and once a week I help out at a school in Mannenberg. I love it.   Good Morning All Having been retrenched three years ago, it felt for a while that all hope was lost.  But asking the Almighty for constant guidance, HE has given me direction to Shirley and in return she has introduced me to the school of hope "RLABS". I remember watching her as she would talk about the classes she attended then and seeing the excitement on her face and the gleam in her eyes as she talks about the check ins every week. She have also explained to me about what she has learned being there. I felt that i wanted the same. Learning and having fun.  Looking forward to being here every week, even though i'm feeling tired. Imagine if school was like this, then i would have been a scientist by now. Thank You for giving me hope.

Dear All My story is about a wendy house that burn to the ground,in the wendy house the mom was still a sleep and her baby girl, you no  how the fire started two druggies put the wendy house on fire, when the wendy house stared burning the baby girl wake her mother and she's only two years old,but i am grate full that they are alive and you no that the two druggies still walk around and the mom of the wendy still looking for place to stay,but of the help of the people in the street they put something up for her.   

I am grateful to god for my health,this day and being given the opportunity to be part of rlabs and the facilitators.I am a ten today the sun is shining even though it is cold . I would like to make a difference in someones life today.

Today i heard a very heart rendering story about someone who rose above her circumstances. I just could not believe my ears. The story gave a good example to anybody who wants to turn their lives around and be a role model not only to their family and friends, but to society as a whole, I feel that this person needs a medal and I only wish her lots of success and prosperity to her family as well. Welll done!!!

Hi guys I just want to say that iam greatful to be here for a nother beautiful journey in my life. I thought my life is over and done worth wen i got a divorce.A single mom with two handsome boys and they are my world i thanx god for them. Sometimes i didnt know where iam where iam going. But one day my sister told me about rlabs and told me about the wonderful programs they have. So i sighn up and i didnt regrete that i did. I did learn so much for the short time i am here. I'm grateful that God chose me this morning to open my eyes.I,m also grateful for my calling to work with woman and children and sometimes even to restore broken relationships.Its really and honor knowing the positive energy you invest in other peoples lives.My prayer is that God will guide me and give me wisdom and knowledge on this blessed gurney.

Hi I like to keep in touch with everyone who I had meet here at RLabs but some of them I recognise by seeing them in the area where ever I go. Well i belong to a group called Young People @ Work and that is where i heard about a great place called RLABS.
