Karen This past three weeks were the most experienced weeks for me.Every morning before we start class we got to do a check in that i really enjoy.Last week was a difficult week for me and after i left here i felt much better.For the facilitators great job you guys always have a smile on your face.I've got to learn a lot here and really appreciate that RLABS are able to help empower woman.I get to check my mail something i have never had before.I am very greatfull for what i have learn thank you rlabs. Taking the first step Wow! what a journey this far,how did i get here? What inspired  me , Well let me start at the begining .The idea came about when i took out my dusty laptop that was a gift from my daughter and started  to watch movies on . Now that was my first step and off course they had to write it down step  by step as how to get the movie to play,no idea, no clue as what else to  do with it  , this pretty little pink machine ,you ask the kids ,they always to busy or you to slow and they clearly dont have the patience    So i decided hey! do something about it or else you are going to be left behind or you  will never be part of the system And boom! there was rlabs , nervous at first ,what a welcome the warmth , love, patient and kindness is what i am expierince Thank you all  Until next time Ielhaam Alex

I am thankful and grateful to rlabs for the opportunity they giving me to learn to use a computer.The facilitator's are all very patient,friendly and helpful.I enjoy being at the class every Saturday mornings.             The women attending the class are also friendly and make me laugh when i some times struggle while typing. Today I'm feeling so much better after Faghmieda one of the ladies in the class encouraged me to attend a meeting with her.Saturday the15th March was really the turning point in my life when i went with her and listened to women sharing their experience how God wants us to know firstly He loves us and He has a plan for each and everyone one of us.We are all Women of purpose.If i did not attend rlabs i would not have had the chance to have met such extraordinary women....watch this space for more news about rlabs.   

i am happy at R LABS meeting lots of lovely ladies learning new things ,every week i forget where to put the laptop on but assistants are ready to help.i have learnt quite a lot and am looking forward to the next course.

I can really say by coming to Rlabs i found it very exciting . i  learnt more about computers the ladies here at Rlabs are very helpful they always there to help you whenever you are struggling.

My life started all over again. I dropped out of school when i was grade 8.I never really had a chance to complete school due to circumstances .I could not get a proper job because i did not have skills. So one day i was  sitting at home and i ask myself is this the life you want for your children? Surely not, i needed to do something about it. I needed to get out there and get my self educated.So i did a office admin course, and same time i heard about Young People@Work.I went to one of their workshops and there i decided to become a volunteer.My live changed. I was never the same person.I actually discover who i am and what i wanted in life.With Young People@Work  i went through different stages of training,attended every workshop they where having .I just became more hunger to gain knowledge Then came the day i was one of the volunteers who  had the chance to go to R Labs .

Good day to everybody since I started this course I have been learning all about computers.  I am looking forward  to each lesson.The facilitators are  friendly and helpful The ladies in class is friendly and helpful This is a challenge and a wonderful experience.This program that R-labs is giving is like a bonus I would encourage everybody to sign up and do this course.

I am a mother of four and one grandchild .My children age 18,13.and 4 years.ii was 17 when I had my first child.At the age of 19 was getting married to my baby's daddy.Three years later i had my second child ,never work in my my life. I was so happy and was one of that coloured woman that say no my husband work for me ,but let me tel you I get it back in face he drop me with 2 kids than i have to go  work and start over again than after a while we get back together and have a other child than he drop me again for a other woman. Than I start drinking and don "t care what  happened  to me ,than i met this man he just no what to say and he  comfort  me he is just there for me then on day we had sex and i did fall  pregnant  . I told him I am   pregnant   and drop me like a hot  potato .You must wait for the rest of the story.....mwah

I always wanted to work as a receptionist and where I work now there is an opening .The Hr manager came to me and told me that want totrain me on the switchboard. This w as before she knows that I sign up at Rlabs. All of them at work is very exited for me. They encourage me alot.I believe no matter how old you are a person can still achieve something in life. You never to old to learn. Thanks to Rlabs for giving me the oppertunity  to  get so far.

I was given an opportunity today to be interviewed by a man from SWEDEN who does research about social media and how we mothers came to hear about it. I was so excited to tell him on how we want to use the knowledge we are getting at r labs and how we can empower ourselves to obtain new jobs and meet new and exciting people . My goal is also to better my work circumstances and how we can be able to motivate other women and even men to better their circumstances and to let them know that if you put your mind to your goals and dreams anything is possible. Another goal of mine is to be able to better my living circumstances .By having a basic computer course i want to apply for jobs that require knowledge of computers like doing data capturing and learning various other trades. I also want people to know about my passion for fabrics and fashion and that i want to share that with them.  I also would like to travel abroad some day and to learn about how other countries function and lear...

My Saturday classes thus far has been filled with fun learning experiences, making new friends,laughing, and empowering myself for a brighter future.I can in all honesty say that i have'nt for one moment been bored and find myself actually counting the days to my next class. I really take my hat off to all our "Facilitator Ladies" and for all the patience they have with us. I feel very privileged to be able to sit here every saturday and plan to make the most out of this learning experience,so watch this space guys and girls, I'm destined for great things!!

After the first lesson i was excited to see what new and interesting things i may learn in the following lessons.The check ins was a really great way to meet new people and to get to know them better. The 3 weeks in which i was attending Rlabs was a really great experience and i learnt a lot in a short time. In conclusion i would like to thank Suzanne and all the co- facilitators for a job well done.

God works in amazing ways! The thought of learning about modern day tech past me by so fast, i couldn't keep up with my kids any longer. So you just put it off for another day, which never really happen until you fully commit and stick to your GUNS  Well, this awesome opportunity fell into my lap, which i grabbed with both hands, not regretting the past three mornings, plus twelve hours spend with like minded amazing souls , is only the start of new beginnings!!!   Not to mention that  tantilizing coffee  just keeps you going and going... like that eveready batteries   wanting some more and more......FANTABULOUS!!!!

 I'm women age of 40 years who,grew up in a township'.I raise three children  all by myself without the help of a husband or parents or even a sibling.While i was on that journey i experienced many hardships and painful which tore my heart but I  had to be strong for the sake of my children. Being a single mom has many trials for firstly one has to work to maintain myself and my kids as i had no financial support from the father. I didn't complete my metric therefore finding work was even tougher than I though,Today I'm empowering myself by acquiring all the knowledge that Rlabs has to offer for I know my future is secured and  my children will one day be so very proud of me.

So thankfull to GOD Almighty for grantting me the oppertunety to have come on boord the Rlabs.It just gave me a different out look on life.I learnt so much about the computer,i always thought   i dont,t need it but i was so wrong,I do events as a living now and by me using the internet i find it so much easer to researh my imformation.So many knew idea,s.I now goole for cheaper things,wish makes it so much easer for people that ,want,s to get married and dont have much money to funned it.so by me using the net i can help so many couples to get married and have beautyfull weddings,Praise GOD Alamity.Now my next big step is do do something for myself as a fun raiser in add to buy my own laptop and continue to impower myself.

I am so happy for my grandson who introduce RLabs to me. He started in 2013. He did a Leadership course at RLabs. As I use to drop him I did not know that 2014, I find myself in a Computer Class. I ask him what RLabs was all about. I did not understand what he explain to me. After the 1st month dropping him, I decided to go in to the office and find out myself. I can only Thank God, today I find myself behind a Laptop. The People at RLabs is Unbelievable. They all Smiling faces also very helpful. This is a very exiting journey in my life. At RLabs I see a future for my life. Being here for the 3rd week, I must say they thought me alot. Looking forward to complete this course. Very sad that next week will be the last week, God's Willing. I will keep in touch as I met very exiting people at RLabs.

Being a moms is special and awesome. We gave more than we should do e.g over nurturing. It could come from our childhood upbringing such as caring for a siblings or from societal expectations women are the nurture. Women tend to neglect themselves by seeing to their partners and children's needs first .A  Huge change in gender roles since 1994, more and more women is taking care of themselves such as making use of childcare, further the studies becoming career women standing up for their rights.     Rlabs assist me to uncover my  hidden life experiences of being who I am by blogging. I am so exciting with the new skill I learn today. I can use this in my personal space and  work environment.   Many  thanks Rlabs for giving me this wonderful opportunity. 

Food takes the bulk of our income,yet it is not the healthy,fresh nutricious product it is meant to be for various reasons. Opportunity to become your own boss,work in your own time and employ the unemployed.

I am now in my early sixties.I am feeling good about myself'.I do have a bit of pain so now and then .But our life must go on. I see myself as a good role model for the out side world. I am now at Rlabs enjoying it.

my name is noxolo and im staying at langa   im staying in small tinyk  shack with my four kids one day i was sleeping and i think it was about the middle of the night i heard some people screaming and they were saying fire and   iwoke up very fast without knowing where is my children so when  i was outside my husband ask me where is the children andthen  i go back inside and check them but becouse of the flames ididnt go inside so my children died there  as from today ill never stay in shack.

In life know we have many challenges.  These challenges either makes us stronger if we open to it or it could also have the opposite effect that is break us down.  With every challenge we get in life we should always remember  what we do or how we react towards a challenge has an affect on our physical and emotional being .Being open to accept and embrace our challenges does well in how we handle our challenges. When we flooded with lots of negativity, sit and reflect and ask yourself:  "What are the things that I am very grateful for" No matter what our circumstances there are so many blessings we are surrounded with.These positives upon reflecting will make one realize that there are so many things we need to appreciate and be grateful for.  Be grateful to our parents. I just realise and this is my second year with RLabs that there is so more to me    than i can imagine.I have started to look at myself in a whole different way  and know there is more inside of me and its ready to come out. I feel more boldly to do things even knowing that when i make a mistake i will learn from it , but will not let it hold me back to achieve what i know i can.It took a long time for me to really come to this point to believe in myself,but i realise every test that i went through was my testimony to encourage somebody else that is feeling the same than i used to.So there is no more looking back like the songs says I'm coming out and i want the world to know and i am gonna let it show. Hi there , I am trying to tell u about my journey but i don't know where to start I was at Goudini last week and I was swimming in the hot pool which was very relaxing I advice everybody to go there its very good  for the body.

Re my visit to Italy   The city  I love the most is Venice. Venice is a city Built on water every where you go is on water You get  waterbusses  water taxis gondola's The architecture and art was great experience.  They have their hawkers selling their products on boats .

My experience i had with RLabs the past three weeks, were amazing. I had no computer knowledge at all, the Moms O7 course thought me how to Google, look at Maps, where i had looked at fotos of my house and street i live in. This week, we looking at Blogging and how to type out our own personal experience, with Rlabs. I feel so proud of myself for doing this course, because i feel empowered and not afraid to switch on a computer.  Im looking forward to learn even more about the Cyberworld. Thank you to all our facilitators, i really appreciate your dedication and hardwork you put in to educate us.  You doing a Great job. I strongly believe that education is the key to knowledge and a brighter future.

The world has vastly change as we know and it continue to do so. We live in a technological world and the only way to stay ahead in life is to be equipped with knowledge. The famous saying that we are all familiar with is "We are never too old to learn" so get clicking! I have learnt different aspects about Social Media and i am excited about how i can use this tool beneficially and also add value to my potential bloggers out there, and i am also treading carefully due to it also being a site where the world can read my blog. We all know that there are allot of psychos out there. Today i was asked if i wont mine if i can be interviewed and i have to speak about my experiences here at R Labs thus far and where did i first come to know about R Labs and where do i see myself in three years from now. I My nervous  experience here at  Rlabs was very interesting ! The first day i was very  ,i had no clue about computers or the internet. I soon learned  that there was more ladies who was just as clueless as myself.The ice breaker we do in the morning i really enjoy, it gave me the chance  to socialize with other moms  in person.As for the internet , it is like a door to a whole new world opened for me! I am so excited to move forward and explore the world of the internet!

I started my mom 7.0 course @ the beginning of March 2014. Its very exiting for me to be here. All the facilitators are very helpful and patient. Its good to see how much I have learnt about social media. In the 3 weeks iv'e learnt to open an email account, how to open my emails,compose an email and also how to send one. They also taught me how to search for things on google.Today they teaching me how to blog. The reason for me being here is because my work requires me to do almost everything on computer. I'm not sorry that I came to Rlabs to learn and to equip myself. Rlab facilitators is realy doing an amazing job. I will encourage everybody who would like to further their knowledge in computers to come to Rlabs. I can't believe that next week is our last class. I realy don't want it to end. I started with moms7.0 on the 1st of March 2014, and that first few minutes was fun. We were divided into groups where we had to learn something about each other and we were only given 30 seconds which to do so. The past three weeks here at RLabs have been amazing, I have meet quite a few amazing women who all come from different back grounds and have all their own stories to tell. I cannot wait to see all the bloggs that have been written. The facilitators to are awesome, you guys rock and really have the patience to teach us all we need to know regarding the world of social media.  I have really learnt a lot, and will definitely be sharing everything I have been taught. I have always wondered what blogging was all about and today was definitely a learning experience and cannot wait to see what is still laying ahead for us. I was introduced to Rlabs by my mom. She did Moms5.0 in 2012. At the end of each of her saturday sessions, she came home and described all she had learned. The way my mom described it, it sounded very exciting and I know she had learned alot and got introduced to the relevant social networks. Today my mom is computer literate because of the wonderful organisation, Rlabs.  I joined Rlabs in 2013 and started out doing an Events Management class. It was exciting and I learned alot about events and everything that goes with it. We did alot of team work which was great because we were all there to learn. This year I decided to join the Moms7.0 class. I know about the basics of computers but I know that I do not know everything. So far I have learned alot. Hi firstly I want to thank  Rlabs for this wonderful opportunity to learn more. I'm getting there slowly but surely. I'm Sylvia and am making and selling ice. The beginning of the year my prayer was to the Lord that 2014 I'm going to rise up and not think nothing of myself cos no one in this world will do that for me.  I think being here  at R labs is my first step  for this year. I feel so proud of myself,Its  like running a race not even my family is going to make me give up on wanting to learn more and empower myself for a better me.
